Return & Refund Policy – Himmoto

At Himmoto, we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We take pride in providing high-quality products, and we are committed to offering an easy and hassle-free return and refund process.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel the order for a refund of the original payment made or return the order for a replacement.

Refunds

A refund shall be issued at the time of cancellation of the order. Cancellation of an order is only possible up until the order is being processed. And the cancellation of the order is not allowed once the order is shipped, which is usually after 12 hours after placing the order.

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer care team at support@himmoto.com. We will process your refund as soon as possible, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Please note that the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.

Returns

Once the order is returned, the customer is entitled to a replacement. Replacement shall be issued on the intimation of return of order to our team or at the time of delivery of the original order to the specified return address, which will be provided by the customer care person of our team at the time of communication of return with proof of defect is made via support@himmoto.com

Return is only allowed on complaints of certain T&C mentioned as Condition for Return.

Conditions for Return

  • Return is only allowed for 3 days from the date of delivery of the order.
  • Condition for a valid return: a) If the product is damaged from the factory due to a manufacturing defect. b) Broken or damaged print on any products due to manufacturing defects.

Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product was damaged or defective.
