    • Damaged Product: If the product is damaged during transit or has a broken print caused by manufacturing faults.
  3. Order Cancellation:
    Once your order has been shipped (typically 12 hours after the order is placed), cancellation is no longer possible.
  4. Return Shipping Costs:
    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except when the product is damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping expenses.
