    Yes, you can cancel your order on Himmoto. A refund shall be issued at the time of the cancellation of the order. Cancellation of an order is only possible up until the order is being processed. Once the order is shipped, cancellation of the order is not allowed. This usually happens after 12 hours of placing the order.

    Yes, you can return your order on Himmoto for a replacement. The customer is entitled to a replacement once the order is returned. The replacement shall be issued on the intimation of the return of the order to our team or at the time of delivery of the original order to the specified return address. The address will be provided by the customer care person of our team at the time of communication of return with proof of defect made via support@himmoto.com.

    Return is only allowed for 3 days from the date of delivery of the order. Return is valid only if the product is damaged from the factory due to a manufacturing defect, or if there is a broken or damaged print on any products due to manufacturing defects.
